Species associated with temporal change
Exploratory species-level trends use calendar year in the calendar view and restoration age in either age display; monitoring age is display-only. Models use the selected field-data representation with a plot fixed effect. In ordinal mode they use monotonic Domin-rank scores, not equal-step raw Domin values. Vector R² describes association with the NMDS; adjusted p-values use the Benjamini--Hochberg procedure.
